Our video package aims to address a lack of practical and foundational inclusion training videos.

These days, there are thousands of videos available online that are about – or claim to be about – inclusive education. In 2014, supported with grant funding from Open Society Foundations (OSF) – we reviewed as many online videos as possible. We wanted to see how many were relevant and useful for EENET’s audience of education practitioners and policy-makers in resource-limited contexts.

We found most videos were aimed at audiences in Europe, Australia and the USA. We also found the majority focused on basic awareness raising, or promoting the work of or fundraising for a particular project or organisation.

Very few videos aimed to deliver simple, practical ideas and advice for teachers and other educators. We decided to fill this gap.
