Who is the scheme for?
The EENET NGO Membership Scheme is open to non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and non-profit organisations of any size in any country.
How does it work?
NGO Members engage in a mutually beneficial relationship with EENET. They receive tailored inclusive education support and advice, and their membership fees help fund EENET’s information, networking, influencing and solidarity activities around the world.
What benefits do members get?
Members can build a unique support package in line with the scale of membership they pay. The support could include one or more of the following:
- mentoring for individual staff members;
- team coaching;
- ‘critical friend’ reviews of proposals, reports or research;
- problem-specific advice;
- ideas for reading materials or training for staff and partners.
What EENET activities are supported by the NGO Membership fees?
The membership fees help us to:
- maintain EENET’s extensive inclusive education website and online library;
- publish the Enabling Education Review;
- support stakeholders to write about and share their experiences;
- facilitate EENET’s Arabic Language Community;
- mentor inclusive education writers and champions in low-income contexts.
How much does the NGO Membership Scheme cost?
Members pay a flexible, negotiated annual membership fee. The amount is based on each member’s income, budget and support requirements. The fee typically ranges from £500 to £5000 a year.
