Effective Schools for All in a local education authority in the UK and the former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia

Here are three new papers which examine the experience of the UNESCO 'Effective Schools for All' project, as carried out in Harrow, England, and in Macedonia. The papers have been written by: Maggie Balshaw, Hilary Lucas, Zora Jachova, Liljana Samardziska-Panova & Milka Ivanovska.
