Children, Disability and Development: Achievement and Challenge

A Save the Children Fund global seminar to learn from experience and maximise impact - Extract from Conference Report - April 13th - 22nd 1994

Session 10 - Information and Resources

Facilitators: Sue Stubbs, Fiona Eddleston and Becky Purbrick

Summary:
The group decided to change the planned agenda and so the agenda for this session was changed and curtailed. The resource people presented very brief accounts of their work and then based themselves in different rooms to be available to participants for further discussion. Participants were also encouraged to spend time in the Resource room. The main part of the afternoon was spent in small groups to continue the 'Identifying common themes' discussions from earlier in the week. The results of these discussions have been included in focus group reports.
