Family Involvement in Inclusive Education: Call for Stories

EENET has been collecting stories about parents' groups that have campaigned for their childrens inclusion in education for some time now. Stories from groups in South Africa, Lesotho, Nepal, Bangladesh, Romania, UK and Australia are available on the site. An EENET publication entitled "Family Action for Inclusion in Education" has now been published. See the flyer/order form for more details.

However, we are still collecting examples of the ways in which families have worked hard to ensure that their disabled family members can access education. We are also keen to identify stories from parents who have campaigned on issues of exlusion other than disability, e.g. race, ethnicity, poverty, gender, etc. If you have any examples you would like to share, please contact EENET.
