Project baseline studies, reviews and evaluations

We specialise in using participatory, qualitative methodologies to enable stakeholders' voices to be heard in project monitoring and evaluation processes, and in situation analyses. For example, we use participatory action research methods such as drawings, timelines, photography, filming, reflective diaries, group diaries, as well as one-to-one interviews and focus group discussions.

Copies of baseline and evaluation reports can only be shared with permission from the clients. Please if you would like to see any of our reports and we will seek the necessary permission.

Photography and film-based activities

We are passionate about using non-written methods to enable education stakeholders to document and share their experiences of inclusive education. The Young Voices project demonstrates some of our approaches, which we are constantly developing, and which we use within a range of activities, from training through to evaluations.

Designing/running training courses or workshops

Our workshops are always participatory and fun. We strive for innovation and creativity in every event, and tailor the content to the experiences and needs of the participants.

Examples of workshops for clients

Participants in our workshops have included teachers, teacher trainers, national and international NGO staff and UN staff, and ministry of education staff. For some training workshops we have also prepared training manuals to support extension of the training beyond the workshop.

EENET CIC also organises and facilitates its own workshops. 'Exploring Inclusive Education' workshops were held in Kenya in 2010 and in Indonesia in 2011.
