Indian Institute of Cerebral Palsy

The Indian Institute of Cerebral Palsy has produced many leaflets and booklets in Hindi, English and Bengali on a variety of topics, such as Learning at home, behaviour management, Classroom management, Feeding and Toileting. The leaflets cost £0.50 and the booklets £2.50. They also have books and videos for sale. The videos cost £35.00 each. All prices are inclusive of postage.

3D Resource Centre and CAMRODD Resource Services

The Caribbean Association on Mental Retardation and Other Developmental Disabilities (CAMRODD) has joined forces with the 3D Resource Centre. They collect, develop and disseminate appropriate literature, audio-visual material on:

• community-based rehabilitation;
• early intervention;
• parent involvement;
• integrated special education;
• prevention of childhood disability;
• low-cost technology for detection and assessment.

The videos they have produced can be divided into the following categories: Parents; Education; Health; Community.

Of particular interest are the following:

• Parent Training;
• Parent-to-Parent Counselling;
• Teacher Orientation to early Childhood Disability.
