Some of the files that are available for downloading from EENET's website are quite large. We realise that users in many countries (especially in countries of the South) may have difficulty downloading large files because of poor quality or expensive Internet services.
If you have found a document on EENET's website that you would really like to read, but you are not able to download it, contact us. We may be able to send you the document in hard (printed) copy or on CD-ROM.
We would like to stress that this service is primarily for users in Southern (developing) countries/countries with poor Internet services. If you are accessing our website in a country that has good Internet services, please help EENET to save money by not requesting hard/CD-ROM copies of documents unnecessarily.

This link will take you to a website where you can download a free piece of software designed to help speed up future downloading. The software is called Free Download Manager (FDM). It helps by speeding up the process of downloading. FDM also allows you to disconnect/be disconnected from the Internet while downloading a file. When you reconnect the software will enable your computer to resume downloading the file – without having to begin the download process from the start (note, not all websites will allow you to resume downloading).
