When you contact us, please remember to tell us which country you are from. Please also include your full postal address if you wish to be sent any documents or materials.

EENET receives a large number of emails and letters every day. We try to respond quickly, but this is not always possible. Please accept our apologies if you have to wait some time for a reply to your correspondence, and please do not be deterred from contacting us in the future - your letters and emails are very important to EENET.

If you are a student seeking assistance with a dissertation or project work: please note that while we try to respond to all research requests, we do give priority to correspondence from practitioners, individuals and organisations in countries of the South, as they are EENET's main target audience. If you have a tight deadline, we suggest that you first browse our website thoroughly to locate documents which may match your needs. If you do write asking for further assistance, please try to be as specific as possible when giving us details of your chosen subject area, and please allow at least 4 weeks for a reply.

Please note that EENET is not a funding agency. We cannot offer funding to other organisations and we cannot offer sponsorship to individuals.
